My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks
At this point, you should know I love to shop, I’m far from a style icon, and Nordstrom is the greatest. Knowing that I’m not exactly a fashion blogger, take everything in the rest of this post with a grain of salt.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a wonderful event that happens once a year. This sale isn’t like other sales. This sale is special. The Anniversary Sale discounts NEW items. Yep, that’s right, not the previous season’s items, but new items for the fall! Sweaters, jeans, jackets, shoes, everything you need for the upcoming season is discounted!
Now, I’m not going to sit here and pretend that everything is deeply discounted or that every item is wonderful, but I think it’s a great opportunity to grab some things you might want for the fall season.
For me, I’ve got my eye on some new street-style sneakers, leather pants, and maybe a jacket. Again, I’m not exactly a style blogger, but it’s pretty easy to see what’s in style and since I like trying new things without too much commitment, this sale is perfect. Nordstrom has a fabulous return policy, and they also have a great rewards structure. If there’s something you’re looking to try for the upcoming season I suggest checking out the Anniversary sale to see if you can grab it at a discount.
I also love that this sale includes home and beauty items. There’s some excellent luggage from Beis included, and there are some beauty staples that I already use and love that are available at discounted prices. For example, I adore the Osea body oil, and it’s available as a great set for only $48 during the sale!
So, without further ado, here are my favorite items I’m definitely ordering, the items I’m thinking about trying, and some things I think are pretty great!
This Wacoal strapless bra became a favorite of mine just recently, but I ordered like 10 strapless bras to try, and this one was my absolute favorite.
I’m a fan of lightweight pullovers, and I really love the drawstring waist trend. This piece is super cute to throw over athleisure, but I can also picture it over a tank dress, paired with jeans, or even those leather pants I might be getting!
SPANX leggings are not an option in my humble opinion. I have lost some weight, and my previous leggings no longer fit. It’s time for a new pair, and this is the best time to grab them. Plus, as a shorty, I love that SPANX has a petite inseam.
I love sneakers, and I’m grateful to Gen Z for deciding they can and should be worn with everything. I think these platform Nikes will be a fun addition to my current wardrobe, and the neutral color scheme is sure to go with literally everything I own.
This OSEA set is life-changing. The body oil is like liquid gold, and the fact that it’s bundled with body butter and a travel size at under $50 is insane to me. I might order more than one for gifts. I’m obsessed with it.

High-top Converse have stood the test of time, and a fully neutral version is perfect for any person of any age, with any style. The platform kicks these up a notch stylistically, and I just think they go with everything. I have the low tops, but I’m debating a high top as well.
These all-white Nikes are literally everywhere. I have my eye on a different color scheme, but it’s impossible to go wrong with these. People are styling them with everything from a slip dress to biker shorts and oversized tees. Literally, they can be worn with everything.
I love over-the-knee boots. I think they are super sexy, and this lighter color is perfect to wear over darker leggings or jeans. Plus, since I mainly wear dark colors it can be a good way to break up the monotony. However, I’m sure there’s a stylist out there who wants me to elongate my legs and keep a single color. Luckily, they do come in black.
Okay, so I know hiking boots may seem like a weird add here, but Timberland is a great brand, and these colors are super cute. Lee and I have been exploring our beautiful state of Alabama a bit more, and I’m getting to the point where my Chacos aren’t cutting it. These seem like a great option.
One thing I’ve learned through the years is that not all sneakers are created equal. For example, while the previous Nikes are super cute, I wouldn’t wear them to lift or run. Nike Metcons have always been a favorite of mine for working out, and this is the new style that’s being offered during the sale!
I already have a light-colored lug-sole boot from last season, but how cute are these! I’m pretty sure these are waterproof too, which is NEVER a bad thing!
Y’all, these patent leather-heeled mary-janes are literally what my adult dreams are made of. I remember being obsessed with patent leather shoes when I was little and these are just the grown-up version. I doubt they will make it into my closet for practical reasons, but I really do love them.
I covered these Nike's above, but I like the neutral colorway that’s a little different from the all-white, but just as wearable.
These are the low-top version of the Coverse that I love, and if I didn’t already have a pair that are almost like these I would grab them! They go with everything. I wore mine on NYE in NOLA because of all of the walking!
These are metallic gold platforms. I don’t think anything else needs to be said about these. They are perfect. That is all.

I told you I’m thinking about some leather pants, and these are a great price, and I think the ankle-length will be great for my tiny little legs. I’ve got these in my cart, so I will report back!
I love jumpsuits for nicer events, and this one is so cute! The neckline is sexy without being revealing, and the wide leg is giving off these great 70s vibes! This would be perfect paired with the gold platforms from above!
Middle school me is in love with this long sleeve polo, and I have a feeling I owned something just like this like 15 years ago. Either way, probably getting it.
Ok, so if you’re not into leather pants, this leather midi-skirt is a great alternative but still has all of the style. I think it’s super fun, and it can be paired with literally anything. Picture it with a cropped graphic tee, sweater, or even the polo next to it!
I’m digging this Alo crop top, if for no other reason than the color. It’s a great base layer to wear under blazers or denim jackets this fall, and I think the fit is perfect for any body style.
These wide leg leather pants are definitely outside of my comfort zone, and probably way too long, but they are speaking to me. I’ve literally looked at them at least a dozen times now, and I just think they are super cool. They also have pockets. What more do you need?
I am not cool enough for this satin bomber jacket, but I think it’s awesome. Someone please buy it and send me pictures of how you style it. Seriously, it’s amazing.
I don’t know why I like these Good American jeans so much, but I think the wash is beautiful. Plus, being in the south, I can wear destroyed jeans year-round without freezing! I think these are a great straight leg style for anyone slowly dipping their toes into that and away from skinny jeans!

Oribe texture spray is the greatest thing on this planet, and the fact that you get two products for this price is the only thing I need in life. This is an instant add to cart kind of item.
I use this Supergoop Glow Screen almost every day. I need to repurchase soon anyways, and again, the price can’t be beaten. The stick version is going to be perfect to carry with me in my purse or beach bag!
Ok, so I have not tried the cult following DK cashmere deodorant, and I don’t know if I can justify spending that much on deodorant at all, but if you’re into that, this is a great deal for 3. I’ve heard there’s a limit on how many you can buy because it’s so popular.
Westman Atelier is another expensive AF brand that I want to try, and all three of these products have been in one of my online carts at some point over the last year. This is not a cheap set, but it’s well priced for the brand and the number of products. I’m on the fence about pulling the trigger though. Supposedly those sticks are magic...
Le Labo is another brand that has a cult following, and their shit is expensive. These little travel sizes are about as close as I will ever get to buying their products, but I think this is a great luxe gift for yourself or someone you really really love.
I really like this scrub from Herbivore, and this is also another great set. In my opinion, this is a set you buy to keep for yourself, or keep the scrub and gift the rest. It’s perfect for your holiday events that require $20ish gifts.
If you’re still not using Nars orgasm blush I don’t know what you’re doing. It’s a universally flattering color, and the cream stick is supposed to be stunning. Just get it. You will not be upset.
Another Westman Atelier product I’m digging. Probably won’t buy if I choose the other set, but I think these colors are stunning. I think these are another great gift for someone that loves luxury items, but maybe your budget doesn’t match!

I’m far from a professional traveler, but I’m planning a lot of trips next year, so I’m thinking of upgrading my luggage. The Beis set on the left is the most beautiful color, and I love their weekender bag that sits perfectly atop the carry-on piece. I’ve learned just because it can sit on top doesn’t mean it does well. The toiletry case that matches is just too cute not to add to the list!
Dagne Dover is a brand I’ve recently been introduced to from the influencer community, but I like that their pieces are water-resistant, and they seem to have some great reviews. I really like this orange color, and the belt bag (fanny pack) looks like the perfect size. That backpack also looks comfortable AF.
